And to be honest, I like it.
The designer I work with did a great job. (as he almost always does.)
And I didn’t do a bad job either, I think.
However there is still quite a bit left to do. Like a cool javascript navigation for my portfolio, a good “about” page, some basic guestbook and at least a static “links” page.
Currently the portfolio is fully dynamic, but lacks an admin-panel to edit/create/delete the projects.
The backbone of this page (besides the wordpress blog) is a light and fast MVC-Framework I created exclusively for this page.
Why create a new MVC-Framework if there are hundreds out there? I wanted to learn how they work. And I learn best by doing something. Thus, I just did.
Well, I’m looking forward to writing some articles and maybe even tutorials on Web development and Requirement-Engineering. (the latter field is in dire need of some harsh words)
